Letting our community of men know that it's ok not to be ok! That they can speak up and express their issues and feelings in a safe environment and they will be listen and helped. 

We want to listen to you and promote the culture of listening and also checking for signs from your co-workers, like change of behaviours, and teach you techniques to be able to listen.  

 We don't have all the answers, but we are continuously looking for tips, techniques and advise from experts to pass this on to our community and improve their mental health.
